I really enjoyed Tolosa Pinot Noir from 2006.
Pinot Noir is the noble red grape of Burgundy, capable of ripening
and turn out great in a cooler climate.
It enters the glass with a beautiful light and deep red colour.
Aromas are very nice and complex with cherry and smoky oak.
Flavors in mouth are nicely balanced with cherry, rasberry and liquorice.
Silky mouthfeel with a long nice finish.
